We provide subscription-based software services that allow law firms to integrate an AI-powered website receptionist (“Service”) into their websites to improve client engagement and intake.
By using our Service, you (“Client” or “User”) agree to the terms described in this document, which includes our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Security, and Compliance commitments. If you do not agree, you may choose to not use the Service.

Service Description
AttorneyConnect provides a subscription-based SaaS platform that enables law firms to engage with website visitors through an AI-powered receptionist. The Service collects and organizes basic intake information and delivers it securely to the law firm.
No Legal Advice / No Attorney-Client Relationship
AttorneyConnect is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, mediation, or counseling. Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between AttorneyConnect and any party.
Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service uses natural language processing to facilitate conversations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or interpretation of the information collected. It is the law firm’s responsibility to review, verify, and determine the usefulness of all intake data.
Subscription & Billing
- Plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis according to the selected subscription (Starter, Professional, Premium, or Custom).
- Clients may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Service will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- Nonpayment may result in suspension or termination of access.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate and current information.
- Not submit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for misuse, violation of these terms, or nonpayment. Upon termination, data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AttorneyConnect is not liable for:
- Errors or omissions in collected data.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or security incidents.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Norfolk County, Massachusetts.

- Account and billing information from subscribing law firms.
- Basic technical and usage data to improve Service performance.
How We Use Data

Data Sharing
- We do not sell or rent data.
- Data may be shared with third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics) only as necessary to operate the Service.
- All vendors are required to follow applicable privacy and security standards.
Data Retention
Intake data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver to the law firm or as required by law. Clients may request deletion of stored data.

Security
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit.
- Secure hosting environments.
- Regular monitoring and security updates.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
In the event of a security breach involving personal data, we will notify affected clients as soon as practicable, and no later than 72 hours after discovery, unless otherwise required by law enforcement.
Compliance
- Confidentiality: We design our Service to respect attorney-client confidentiality. Law firms are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable bar and ethical rules.
- Privacy Laws: We comply with applicable U.S. and state privacy regulations (including CCPA and GDPR, where applicable).
- Accessibility: We strive to maintain ADA-compliant accessibility for our website receptionist.
- Advertising & Ethics: Use of the Service may constitute attorney advertising under certain state bar rules. Each law firm is responsible for ensuring their use complies with their jurisdiction’s requirements.
Modification of Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
